Missing Prints
- Individual Pictures
Please check with your student's teacher/school office to confirm that all individual picture packages have been distributed. Double check students folders, backpacks or lockers as well.
- Classroom Photos
In many cases, classroom photos will not be delivered until after we have photographed retake and absentee pictures. Once they have been printed, classroom photos will be shipped directly to the school for distribution. Please check with your student's teacher/school office to confirm that they have received the classroom photos; if they have not, please be assured that the school will receive them prior to the end of the school year. We are sincerely sorry for the error! If you are missing all or part of your picture package, please Email Us. A customer service representative will be in touch with you to follow up.
Damaged Prints
If any part of your picture package arrived damaged, we would be happy to replace the print(s) free of charge. Please return the prints to us; include a note stating your child's name, the school they attend, and the address to which you would like your photos shipped. If an address is not provided, the photos will be shipped directly to your child's school. Or Email Us with a photo attachment of the damaged prints.
