In many cases, class photos will not be delivered until after we have photographed retake and absentee pictures. Once they have been printed, class photos will be shipped directly to the school for distribution. Please check with your student's teacher/school office to confirm that they have received the class photos; if they have not, please be assured that the school will receive them prior to the end of the school year.

We are sincerely sorry for the error! If you are missing all or part of your picture package, please SUBMIT THIS REQUEST FORM. Once completed, a customer service representative will be in touch with you to follow up.
If any part of your picture package arrived damaged, we would be happy to replace the print(s) free of charge. Please include a note stating your child's name, the school they attend, and the address to which you would like your photos shipped. If an address is not provided, the photos will be shipped directly to your child's school.
