Absentee & Retake Picture Day

If your student was absent from school on original picture day or you would like your student's photo retaken, Please contact your school office to request that your child is added to the list of students to be called down to the camera on picture retake day.

 

On picture retake day, return the picture package you received (if you purchased) to the photographer for an even package exchange with the retake picture.

Write on the returned envelope or include a short note, describing the reason for having Student(s) picture retaken. You may want to communicate with their teacher your request as well.

Unfortunately, if your school decides not to schedule a day for absentee/retake photos to be taken or if you miss the scheduled date, we will be unable to fulfill your request as we do not offer studio sessions.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your school photos and retake photos cannot/will not be taken; please reference our REFUND POLICY.

All absentee/retake picture days are scheduled at the school's discretion.
